NewbaTIGHT™ 1550nm Medical Non-ablative Fractional Laser Systems base on fractional photothermolysis (FP), which is a popular treatment option, has produced significant improvement in photodamage, rhytides, skin texture and scarring, meanwhile addressing shortcomings of ablative skin resurfacing. Previous studies have demonstrated that FP using the 1550nm wavelength has led to improvement of ultrastructural changes and clinical effects associated with photo damaged skin in the deeper dermal structures. The wavelength produce precise microscopic treatment zones (MTZs) in the skin. The depth of treatment will be to subcutaneous 450 um.

how does it work?
NewbaTIGHT™ incorporates the principle of photothermolysis, whereby laser energy is absorbed by water molecules, producing heat and controlled trauma within the target area.
The fractional delivery technology directly effects less than 10% of a targeted area, creating thousands of Microscopic Thermal Zones in the skin. This stimulates repair, collagen production, skin remodelling and regeneration of the whole area, whilst leaving the stratum corneum relatively intact with little to no downtime.

Wavelength 1550 nm, non-ablative. The NewbaTIGHT™ laser systems shoot the wavelength 1550 nm laser beam, the mid-infrared 1550 nm wavelength is only moderately absorbed by water and therefore is capable of penetrating deeply into the dermis to generate thermal coagulation.
